Employees earning less than 1.5 times the state minimum wage are entitled to premium pay for hours worked in excess of 8 in a single day or 40 in a single week. Employees earning at least 1.5 times the state minimum wage are entitled to premium pay for hours worked in excess of 40 in a single week.
