Contact ShiftClock

The fastest way to reach the ShiftClock editorial team is by email at hello@shiftclock.example. We try to respond within two business days.

Use this address for:

  • Corrections. If a wage figure, overtime rule, or schedule description is wrong, send the page URL and a citation to a primary source — usually the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics or the U.S. Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division.
  • New occupation requests. If your shift-work role is missing from the directory, share the job title, industry, typical schedule pattern, and a reference to a published wage figure.
  • Calculator suggestions. Tell us what edge case the existing calculators do not cover. We add new calculators when several requests describe the same gap.
  • Press and interview requests. We are a small editorial team and prioritize requests with a clear deadline.

ShiftClock does not provide individualized payroll advice and we cannot represent workers in disputes. If you believe you are owed unpaid wages or overtime, contact your state labor department or a qualified employment attorney. For federal complaints, the U.S. Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division accepts complaints at dol.gov/agencies/whd/contact/local-offices.
